The Ultimate Hoofpick
“I love this hoof pick. It fits in your hand nicely. Just the other day I had to pry a rock that was wedged in my horse's shoe and this hoof pick did not bend back under force like others have done. It's just the right shape to dig out the dirt without fear of hurting the frog too.”
“This whole pick is wonderful, the grip on the handle fits perfectly in a person's hand. Very comfortable.”
“I have used this hoof pick for a couple years now, and it works really well. It fits in every hoof I have used it on and makes picking out hooves a lot faster. I will definitely buy again!”
“I purchased this hoof pick after reading the reviews and buying a lot of useless hoof picks! This is the ONLY hoof pick I use now. Point is sharp and heavy duty so dirt, mud, debris, etc. are easily and quickly removed so your horse doesn't become impatient!! I gave one to my trainer and everyone grabs for it first! Super heavy duty for the hardest packed in dirt. Lives up to its name! I bought the larger size and it fits in your hand, and easy on your joints if you are like me with arthritis or carpal tunnel issues.”
“Finally got a hoof pick that fits in my hand and gets the strenuous job of picking hooves done much faster! The pick is big and heavy duty enough to pry out the usual compacted debris without bending but it can also pop out those Colorado ice chunks that form around the shoe and hoof. Very pleased!”
“I adore this hoof pick! I work as a groom for a high level dressage/eventing training barn and I handle many different picks and hooves per day. The grooming totes that contain this pick make me squeal with glee as I can easily clean out anything that the hooves might throw at me with this beauty! If I strike it rich this hoof pick will be magically showing up in the stockings and grooming totes of every horsey friend and client I know! When I have a few extra bucks this will be added to my own tote as well!”
“The Ultimate Hoof Pick is worth the price. I have carpal tunnel and the large contoured grip is easy to hold and maneuver while cleaning feet. The pick is sturdy - I have bent several of the other pick/brush combos; I've cleaned out rocks and wet-packed lime that had dried - no problem for this pick. It will be the last hoof pick you buy. We have one for the barn, one for the trailer, and a couple spares, in case we misplace one. I prefer the yellow-handled pick - the blue and pink are for much smaller hands (kids).”
“I've used the Ultimate Hoof Pick for over a year on heavy draft horses and donkeys. This is the first hoof pick that hasn't bent or worn out. It is comfortable in my hand. Last fall, I gave one to my farrier. He normally wears out 2 hoof picks per year. He uses it every day on numerous horses. After a year of use, we compared his Ultimate Hoof Pick to a new one. His corners were a little rounded, and the pick was 1/8 inch shorter. That is one tough hoof pick. I delayed buying it because of the price. Now, after using it, I wish I had purchased it the first time I saw it!”
“Having horses for most ofmy life I have found some hoof picks that I like a bit better but I had never tried one that I would truly find amazing. This hoof pick is more expensive but worth every penny. It is so easy to get into all the little crooks and crannies. Never thought I'd love a hoof pick that much.”
